Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with 1-3 years of experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic and database architecture for our enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, Express.js and TypeScript.

2. Implement and optimize scalable and secure APIs for integration with frontend applications.

3. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

4. Design and implement data models and database schemas using MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

5. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of backend systems.

6. Implement automated testing and continuous integration processes to maintain code quality and reliability.

7. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical problems.

8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

3. Proficient understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

4. Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.

5. Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

7. Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
