Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web and mobile application design.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

9. Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards is desirable.
